March 2019: In December of 2018, Strategic Performance Group, LLC (SPG), a 28-year-old business consulting and market research firm headquartered in the north metro region of Minneapolis – Saint Paul, MN, USA was engaged by Coridian to conduct a customer survey. And the results are in!
- The Customer Satisfaction Index for Coridian is 9.28, well above the average score in SPG’s database of 8.38 for the 100 most recent company surveys completed by SPG. A score of 9.28 indicates an ‘excellent’ level of satisfaction among customers.
- The Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Coridian is 75.0, also considered ‘excellent’ and is well above the average NPS of 38.1 in SPG's database. This is an indication that people would recommend Coridian to others.
- The price/value relationship is very high at 97.9% indicating that customers are receiving the value expected for the cost of the product and services.
- All customers indicated that it is easy to do business with Coridian.

September 2016: David Janssen is the newest member of the Coridian sales team. David comes to us with over 20 years experience in a variety of industries and global markets including bar code printing, thermal ribbons, critical communication devices and HVAC products.
July 2016: We welcome Christine Crockett to the Coridian Customer Service team. Christine spent over 15 years specializing in order processing, purchasing, procurement and project management prior to joining our team. We look forward to her enhancing our valued customers experiences with us.
March 2016: We would like to welcome Essence Allen to the Coridian family. Essence joins us in the role of Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. Prior to accepting this position, Essence spent the last 15 years specializing in administration, executive support, project management, planning, negotiations, as well as being responsible for extensive financial accountabilities. She has worked for well-known companies such as Ingersoll Rand, Twin City Fan & Blower, Pinnacle Technologies and Blue& White Taxi Corporation.
