Equipment Repair and Service
Coridian's service department has over 70 years of combined experience working with Zebra and thermal transfer printers, and barcoding printers and devices. Let our courteous and resourceful service team help you keep your systems running at peak efficiency with our many different repair and service options.
Onsite Printer Service Repair – With this option Coridian technicians will come to your facility to service your equipment when needed. We offer comprehensive programs that include parts, labor and preventative calls.
Depot – In some cases it is more appropriate and convenient for you to send your equipment to our service center for repairs. Choose from a variety of programs that best meet your individual needs.
Time and Material – We offer this option for both onsite and depot service when an annual agreement is not for you.
Parts & Training – Coridian uses and sells genuine parts from manufacturers. We offer training and support to teach your staff how to operate, troubleshoot and repair printers.
Telephone Support – Your users can contact us via phone and we will trouble shoot and make every effort to resolve the issue over the phone. This service is available on an individual basis or you can opt to purchase a block of time to use as needed.
